Our promise to you

We strive to offer you year-round value across our product ranges. Our Price Promise means you can shop in a Duty Free store with the reassurance that if you find it cheaper on the UK high street, we will happily refund you DOUBLE the difference subject to our terms and conditions.

Four times a year World Duty Free surveys the prices of our products included in our Price Promise, on the UK high street. An independent company travels the country to find the brands that we stock in our World Duty Free and Biza Tax & Duty Free stores from a selection of high street shops. We use these observations to create an Average UK High Street Price; this is how we make our price comparison.

What our Price Promise covers

The World Duty Free and Biza Tax & Duty Free Price & Promise includes:

  • Duty Free Spirits – these are spirits that you are able to purchase when you are travelling outside the UK or from our Eurotunnel Calais store when travelling back to the UK
  • Wines and Champagne
  • Fragrances
  • Cosmetics
  • Skincare
  • Sunglasses

The following are excluded from the World Duty Free & and Biza Tax & Duty Free Price Promise:

  • Confectionery
  • Tobacco and Tobacco related products
  • Vaping products and accessories
  • Luxury products (such as bags)
  • Beer and cider
  • Toys & souvenirs
  • Technology
  • Any product over a retail value of £1,000.00
  • Arrival stores Duty Paid liquor
  • P&O Ferry Cairnryn to Larne route

What shops are excluded in our Price Promise

The following shops are excluded from the World Duty Free Price Promise:

  • All products purchased in Hermes and Bvlgari stores operated by World Duty Free
  • All products purchased in our stores located in Center Parcs Villages

The World Duty Free and Biza Tax & Duty Free Price Promise covers UK high street stores only. The Price Promise does not apply to items found on any online retailers, auction websites, market stalls, within mail order catalogues and membership retailers.

We cannot accept claims in instances where you have found a lower priced product which has been discounted in a sale, where the lower price is due to a discounted promotional voucher or where the item is part of a bulk/case deal.

Making a claim

To make a claim, simply contact our Customer Service Team at customerservices.uk@dufry.com and include the information below:

  • Attach a full copy of your purchase receipt
  • Details of competitive high street store (Name, Branch, Town or City)
  • Competitive high street store price (photographs if possible)
  • Your full name and address

Claims must be made within 28 days of the date of purchase and within 5 days & of identifying a cheaper item. All Price Promise refunds will be made to the valid debit or credit card that was used to make the original transaction.
